Hammersley China is a brand of fine bone china and tableware and teaware. The company was founded in 1862 by John Hammersley and his brother-in-law, John Shaw. Hammersley was known for its high-quality porcelain and intricate designs. The company was sold to Copeland in 1966, and then to Royal Worcester in 1976. In 1988, the brand was sold to Aynsley China, but the link to the original business was by name only. The Aynsley factory unfortunately shut down in 2014.

May also be used as a ring tray or jewelry tray. In excellent pre-loved condition. This pattern is discontinued.
